Black Wall Street, located in Greenwood, Oklahoma in the early 1900s, has a special place in American history as a platform that paved the way for Black communities and businesses to thrive.

Black Wall Street was the epitome of a self-sustaining community and strength that was, at the time, nearly impossible to rebuild. However, with a sense of community (customer service), Black Wall Street became a bustling place for community, safety, and economic support.

For more than two decades, I had the pleasure of working with the “best of the best” in the airline industry.
As a former Delta Air Lines, Facilitator and Corporate Customer Care Supervisor, it was my responsibility to teach, deliver and maintain the highest level of customer service.
